LISETTE WYNO

Mrs. Lisette Wyno is the sole owner and President of Warfighting System Solutions (WFSS), Inc., where she provides executive leadership and directs the company’s strategic vision, corporate governance, financial management, contract administration, business development, operational oversight, and long-term growth.

A co-founder of WFSS in 2006, Mrs. Wyno has been instrumental in the company’s development and continued success. As WFSS grew, she served across multiple areas of the organization, gaining direct experience in the critical functions required to build, manage, and sustain a successful federal contracting enterprise. Her responsibilities have spanned finance, human resources, contracts, compliance, administration, employee benefits, internal controls, and corporate operations.

This progression of responsibility provided Mrs. Wyno with a comprehensive understanding of WFSS from the ground up. Rather than leading from a single discipline, she developed firsthand knowledge of the company’s financial, contractual, operational, and organizational framework. Her broad experience allowed her to understand not only how each area of the business functions independently, but how those functions must work together to support performance, compliance, accountability, and growth.

While Tony Wyno concentrated primarily on mission delivery and training support to soldiers and military organizations, Mrs. Wyno focused on building and strengthening the corporate infrastructure necessary to sustain and expand the company. She played a significant role in developing the internal systems, business processes, financial controls, administrative structure, and compliance framework that supported WFSS as it evolved from a small start-up into an established defense contractor.

After years of progressively increasing responsibility and executive involvement, Mrs. Wyno assumed full ownership and leadership of WFSS in 2022, becoming the company’s sole owner and President. In that capacity, she holds ultimate responsibility for the company’s strategic direction, corporate performance, financial stewardship, contractual obligations, organizational development, and continued expansion.

Under Mrs. Wyno’s leadership, WFSS continues to strengthen its position within the defense industry, expand its capabilities, cultivate strategic relationships, and pursue increasingly sophisticated opportunities in support of the United States military. Her leadership is grounded in disciplined decision-making, accountability, operational excellence, financial responsibility, and an unwavering commitment to the company’s mission and reputation.

Mrs. Wyno’s professional background reflects a longstanding commitment to service, responsibility, and high-accountability environments. Prior to her executive leadership role, she worked as a paralegal, developing experience in legal documentation, research, procedural requirements, and detailed case support. She also served as a Family Readiness Support Assistant, providing direct support to soldiers and military families. These experiences strengthened the analytical, organizational, and people-focused skills that continue to shape her leadership today.

Her connection to the military community remains an important part of her professional identity. In recognition of her longstanding dedication to the Air Defense Artillery community, Mrs. Wyno was awarded the Order of Molly Pitcher and is a lifetime member of the Air Defense Artillery Association.

Mrs. Wyno holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Her combination of executive leadership, nearly two decades of government contracting experience, prior legal experience, and hands-on knowledge across the major functions of WFSS has established her as an accomplished business owner and experienced leader within the defense contracting community.

Today, Mrs. Wyno continues to lead WFSS with a clear vision for the future, positioning the company for sustained growth, expanded capabilities, and continued excellence in support of the warfighter.
